Coat Asymmetry

Greetings ... i am planning to buy a sheltie .... it is a tricolor dominant black ... looking at it sideways the coat collar is black on the right and white on the left frontal the collar is white ..

do you know if this kind of coat would be considered a penalty in shows ?

No penalty for incomplete white collar at least in the US. And having the white of the collar on the judge's side is nice because they see the flashier side of the dog, which in the ring, any small advantage will help.

But you should check your standard based on whichever organization is in Italy which may have different specifications than here.
